Brianna is a warm, experienced, and trusted childcare provider, currently serving families through the Warlick YMCA and the Nursery at First United Methodist Church. Known for her gentle demeanor and natural connection with young children, Brianna consistently earns the trust of parents through her attentiveness and unwavering commitment to safety
In her spare time, Brianna loves to dance, having 7+ years of training in ballet, jazz, modern, and musical theater. She performed on her high school's competition team as well as the Dance Team, she was even the team's captain her senior year. She’s excited to combine her love of dance and child development in her new role as a Zumbini instructor at Toddler Escapades – leading fun, engaging dance parties designed specifically for toddlers. Her classes aim to support gross and fine motor development while also encouraging emotional, cognitive, and social growth.
Currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at UNC Charlotte, Brianna is dedicated to nurturing creativity and curiosity in young leaders. She is CPR and First Aid certified and committed to providing safe, enriching experiences for every child in her care.
Tianna Durant

Tianna is a trusted and compassionate childcare provider with 7 years of hands-on experience supporting young children.
Known for her caring nature, deep empathy, and natural ability to connect with kids, Tianna creates safe, supportive spaces where little ones can grow, play, and thrive. She brings high energy and creativity to every interaction — from imaginative games to calm, structured routines — all while making sure each child feels seen and understood.
Tianna’s experience spans a variety of roles, including camp counselor for at-risk youth, babysitter, and childcare provider in both daycare and after-hours programs. Parents and supervisors alike praise her dependability and her unique talent for engaging even the most reserved or sensitive children.
During Tianna’s free time she loves to travel, Dance and help those in her community.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Union University and is currently pursuing her master’s in Speech Pathology, with the goal of becoming an early childhood speech therapist. Tianna is CPR and First Aid certified.
Anjali Pal

Anjali is an experienced and engaging childcare provider with a unique blend of creativity, energy, and focus.
With over 5 years of experience, she’s supported children in a variety of roles — preschool teaching assistant, babysitter, tutor, and fencing coach. She’s known for her ability to capture and hold kids’ attention, connecting through arts and crafts, penmanship, and imaginative play.
In her spare time, Anjali actively competes in fencing, a sport she’s pursued for nearly 10 years. She has coached locally for the past 5 years and fences for UNC, where she continues to hone her skills. Around here, she’s our go-to expert on building fine motor skills through hands-on activities.
As a fencing coach and USA Fencing certified referee, Anjali brings a sharp eye for safety, promoting active play while helping kids feel calm and supported during emotionally charged moments.
Anjali is currently studying Psychology and Neuroscience at UNC Chapel Hill and is certified in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Emily Viers

Emily is a creative and compassionate childcare provider with a gift for helping young children learn, grow, and express themselves.
She brings a wide range of experience — from babysitting in her neighborhood and supporting toddler summer camps, to designing and leading drama programs specifically for young children that inspire imagination and confidence.
Emily is known for her caring nature and ability to make any activity fun and engaging. She believes in creating nurturing spaces where kids feel safe to explore, ask questions, and be themselves. Parents appreciate her educational instinct — one even credited her with helping their child build early literacy skills ahead of kindergarten.
In her free time, Emily volunteers with Kisses 4 Kate, a nonprofit organization that supports families of children battling cancer. She also enjoys playing softball, acting, and mentoring children.
Emily is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at UNC Charlotte and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Taylor Cheifetz

Taylor is a thoughtful and experienced childcare provider who creates safe, engaging spaces where children of all developmental stages can learn and grow.
Her background includes working at the ABC Learning Center, Spectrum Learning Center, The Intensive Behavioral Intervention Services Clinic at the University of Miami, The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities at the University of Miami, local summer camps, and babysitting for local families — kids love spending time with her and always ask when she’ll be back!
Known for her calm, patient energy and strong focus on safety, Taylor is trusted by both children and parents to foster a secure, supportive environment.
At Toddler Escapades, Taylor is our resident Yogi! She leads occasional yoga sessions just for toddlers, guiding them through playful, purposeful movements that support balance, focus, and body awareness.
Taylor is an aspiring ABA Therapist and is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology and Teaching & Learning at the University of Miami. She is CPR and First Aid certified.
